Unhappy with your purchase? No problem, you have 12 days after receiving your order to request an exchange of size or refund.
Return Policy & Conditions
* We accept returns postmarked within 12 days of the delivery date, international orders are allowed 18 days.
*Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.
*Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
*Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, scent-free; with clothing tags attached.
* Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
*Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 12 days will not be accepted.

*We do not currently provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item?
